Our primary focus is advocacy before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada — refugee protection claims (RPD), appeals (RAD), admissibility and detention reviews (ID), and immigration appeals (IAD) — together with summary-conviction criminal matters, Small Claims Court, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. These are the areas a licensed paralegal is authorized to handle in Ontario. Where a matter requires a lawyer — for example an application filed directly with IRCC, or a criminal charge that proceeds by indictment — our legal team assists with the full range of your case.
