Applications filed directly with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) fall outside a paralegal’s scope, but our legal team can assist with the full range of your immigration matter, including IRCC applications.
Do you help with immigration detention?
Yes. We represent clients at detention reviews before the Immigration Division and act quickly to seek release where appropriate.
