Angelina Shuster is a paralegal licensed by the Law Society of Ontario with 25 years of experience in Canadian immigration and criminal matters. Based at Karb Law’s office in Richmond Hill, she represents clients across Ontario and in immigration matters throughout Canada, and has helped thousands of people navigate the legal and immigration system.
Her practice focuses on advocacy before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada — refugee protection claims, appeals, admissibility and detention reviews, and immigration appeals — together with summary-conviction criminal matters, Small Claims Court, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. Angelina serves clients in English and Russian, and every matter is handled with honesty, care and personal attention.

Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC)
Admitted as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, authorized to advise on and prepare applications under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.
Notary Public for the Province of Ontario
Appointed a Notary Public for Ontario by the Attorney General, authorized to administer oaths, witness and certify signatures, and certify true copies of documents — the basis for our remote notarization service.
Commissioner for Taking Affidavits
Appointed a Commissioner for Taking Affidavits in Ontario, authorized to administer oaths and take affidavits and statutory declarations within the scope of a licensed paralegal’s practice.
