Legal office work during pandemic

In light of the recent situation with the Covid 19 pandemic my assistants and I work from home. However, this has not negatively impacted the quality of my representation. Yes, courts are closed and so are immigration tribunals. However, this time is not only an opportunity to reflect, but also to concentrate on the thorough preparation of legal cases for future filing with governmental officials and courts. Our immigration department, continues its work online and we are in connection with them. As an essential business, I meet with clients, but implement physical distancing measures. I also meet with clients only for necessary things like signing applications, affidavits and other documents. So, my existing clients and future ones, can be assured that this time might be the best one to open a new application, continue preparing for a hearing or assess your future matter in a relaxed, non rushed atmosphere. Talk to me, call or email me with your questions.

Can you handle my immigration matter remotely?

Yes. Karb Law serves clients across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond by phone, email, and secure video, so you can move your matter forward without visiting the office in person. Immigration and Refugee Board hearings are also frequently held by videoconference.

We can review documents, prepare you for a hearing, and even handle remote notarizing of documents virtually. To get started, request a free assessment or call (416) 835-6989.
